The client required a curbless entry shower for health reasons. I used a linear drain at the back wall that extended to both side walls. The large bench could accommodate the client for sitting and allows easy access with walker or wheelchair. For the niche, two pieces of Mexican black marble were used to create the shelves. The glass, installed by another company utilized a metal track that is mortared below the tile and gives the appearance of it extruding from within the tile. The same black tile for the flooring was carried into the shower to create a cohesive look and feel without adding another design element.
